Le Navira - 39 rue St-Georges.

This simple and friendly French restaurant has outdoor seating and is on a busy semi-pedestrian alley east of the Palais du Parlement. It offers an excellent range of local food at reasonable prices. They have good-value menus, lunch costs around €10 and dinner €20.
